Under the leadership of the UN Executive Representative of the Secretary-General, the international community facilitated the signing of a Joint Communiqué by the APC and the SLPP. The Civil Society Movement in Sierra Leone (comprising 50 civil society organisations) investigated the attacks and published its report.
